THE DESIGN PROCESS
STEP 1
The Free Consultation
We'll discuss your website needs
and determine if EMERGEBOLD is the best fit for you!
If Yes, we'll schedule a 45-60 minute Strategy Session
to dig deep into your business.

STEP 2
The Strategy Session
We'll chat by phone to learn about
YOU - your business, competitors,
and the audience you hope to reach.
Together we'll identify your business goals and
select a website template to customize with
the colors, fonts, and layout that fit your brand.
After agreement on the website's direction,
You'll receive a link to review/sign a contract and submit your 50% down-payment.
STEP 3
Content Gathering
Now we'll ask You to submit your
logo, jpg or png images, and text into Honeybook.
As needed, we will edit the photos and images you submit.
STEP 4
Website Building
We'll create the hero (top) section of your
home page first and send you a link to view it.
After you let us know of changes, we'll
create the rest of the website.
Expect us to check in regularly for feedback
until you approve the final website.
STEP 5
Quality Review
Once You approve the final website,
we will conduct quality checks to
ensure it looks and functions great on
cell phones, tablets, and laptops
Expect an invoice requesting the remaining
50% of your payment.
STEP 6
Social Media/Google Analytics
If you select the Business Essential Package,
we'll set up one Social Media account and
create one post or create one print ad.
Your Google Analytics account
will also be created to help You
know if you're attracting Your target audience.
STEP 7
Go Live
Now we'll add your domain name.
And You're ready to go live!
Don't worry! We'll walk you through the
maintenance of your new website.
You'll also be given a printed 'how to
guide for later reference.
